THE HOUSE
It is a large house of 140 m², with a large, very welcoming living room opening onto a wooden terrace, sunny bay windows, and to the cozy and bright bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 7 people in a spacious way. It is decorated in a natural and marine atmosphere.

THE GROUNDFLOOR
Consisting of a large living room with an open kitchen and a small raised living room, it is a very friendly place to share good times with friends or family.
THE GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM
In addition, there is a bedroom with a large double bed (160 cm x 2 m bed), with its small sink and its small private shower.
A separate toilet, laundry room and technical room complete the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR
It consists in two large bedrooms and a small bedroom, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with corner bath.
THE LARGE PARENTAL BEDROOM
A little corner of privacy!

With its adjoining desk and reading corner and space if necessary for a baby’s cot.
THE SMALL BEDROOM
The small bedroom with 1 bed 90 cm x 2 m.
MARINE ATMOSPHERE BEDROOM
The large "marine" bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm x 2 m (to be moved closer or further apart if necessary!).
THE BATHROOM
A large bathroom with two sinks and a corner bath.
THE LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN
Fully fenced, it has a sheltered wooden terrace, under a pergola, adjoining the house, in order to rest in the garden on sunny days.
It also offers a set of small outdoor slide/swing for children (to be used only under adult supervision)
Large hedges with exotic tones (palm trees, etc.) make yourself cosy.
Several private parking spaces are located inside the closed courtyard, in front of the house.
